when dismantling the caliper dose the mounting bracket just slide out of the caliper ? mine is very tight and it is making the inboard pad rub on the disk.the pistons both work ok.I have new pads and disks.I have checked the wheel for location and it is assembled right.I'm thinking that the caliper is stuck tight on the mounting bracket

is this the front wheel?  If yes, check to see that the axle is ALL THE WAY in teh fork.  if its not flush with the edge of the hole you still have abit to go and then all will clear

The axle is installed properly and is flush with the end of the fork. The brake on the left is ok the brake on the right is rubbing. It seems as though it is not sliding on the pins back far enough to give clearence for new pads vs. old pads
