You might be able to buy only the sevo from Murph's kits.

No cruise engagement at all even though indicator lights on control pad function normally.
I haven't taken the servo apart yet to see if the cable may be binding
somewhere, don't know if they are serviceable or not.

how comfident are you with your vacuum?  how certain are you that it's there?

my cruise stopped working, the end result was a kinked vacuum line.  straighten it out, cruise works fine.

Make sure you have a good ground. If these are not grounded nothing will work. The panel will light up but that is about all. The wire (purple I think ) that wires to your brake light gets it's ground thru the brake light bulb element. If the bulb is out or not grounded the unit thinks the brakes are being used and keeps the unit from engaging. Also you can not use LED lights for the ground as this will not work. If you wire the purple wire to a good ground and unit engages then you at least know what the problem is. Be aware just do this to check unit as the unit will only disengage with the pulling of the clutch or manually turning unit off at the panel. IF you are using LEDs then you'll have to use a normally cosed relay to ground unit and use the brakelight wire to trigger the relay to drop unit off when brakes are applied.  Hope this helps.
