i have read shop talk and understand replacing fluid, however is there any "flush" stuff that could be run with water (or not) to loosen and remove contaminants.  then run distilled water thru to fluch then seal up, add antifreeze and water........

I would not be overly concerned about it.

Simply drain the present fluid and refill with the proper mixture.

Do you have a reason to need to flush your engine, or do you just want to do it?

Coming from an area with good clean drinking water, I've never seen scale and the like in my vehicles.
