1. looking at the front of the bike, the right rotor is thinner than the left rotor. Is this normal or are the calipers hanging up? bike has 20k on it and viking front brake lines with valvoline syn fluid.  Both rotors are well within spec.

2. Pads are within spec, might need new ones within the next 10-15k miles. Looking into Ferodo pads, anybody have any experience with them?

3. When changing pads, will new rotors be called for due to the different thickness of both, even if they are within spec?

4. have noticed no degrade in braking performance.

Thanks

Okay, you say 1 is thinner.  Is that an eyeball measurement or is that using a micrometer?

When mine got warped, I replaced them with EBC rotors and pads.   !00% improvement over the EOM crap.........  But, I'm very hard on front rotors.......

I  used a vernier caliper, so of course getting the edge. one is .192 and the other is .194 both taken from three points. Is this insignificate or something to watch?

They are probably off that much from when they were manufactured........  I'd just ride the 7334 out of it and quit worrying about trivial stuff.   Now if ya get a loud clunk in the rear, investigate what it is.  Other wise, don't lose no sleep over it.....
