I saw that on the news this morning. I'm still unclear as to who that was who picked up the baby. A bystander, or one of the passengers in the vehicle.

The news said the woman that picked up the toddler was the mother. The cops picked her up and the kid is with relatives.

does any kind of stupid behavior from some parents surprise you anymore? gas can carefully strapped into the car seat, the kid can go flying through the windshield with the rest of the family. uglystupid2

My local news reported that the 17 year old getaway driver is the father and the 16 year old mother is the one that ran to pick up the toddler. 

Kids having kids.....parents of the year award.

From what I seen putting your car seat on the out side of the car instead of the middle is really stupid. Convienent, yes, smart no. I'm not talking about side impacts killin them, its the rear ending and side swipes that killed 2 of our pts that were seated to the outside. Very preventable.
