Rear rattle, front clunk Brake issue

Had new brake pads installed a few months ago.
Since then, I’ve seem to have rattling and clunking coming from both the front and rear caliper area. The rattling and clunking are most prevalent while going over bumps in the road, particularly when in a turn and going over bumps.
The rattling and clunking stop when I apply the brakes. (Front stops clunking when I use the front break, rear stops rattling when I apply the rear)
I can’t replicate the noise when the bike is not moving.
And when I do apply the brakes, the noises will stop until I hit the next bump in the road.
Then the rear starts to rattle and the front will clunk some. Sometimes while at slow speeds, the front will clunk in time with the rotation of the front wheel but, again, all the noises stop when I apply the brake and only begin again when I hit a bump.
While the brakes are lightly applied the brakes (front or rear) don’t make any noise while going over bumps either.
Front clunking is generally at slow speeds and the rear rattle is at any speed.
I don’t feel any vibrations being transferred to the handlebars or anywhere else. I just hear the clunking from the front and rattle from the rear.
It’s getting annoying.
I’m going to take it back to the guy who did the brakes and have him address the problem.
But first I thought I’d run it past you folks and see what thoughts are out there regarding this.

Sounds like he forgot to put the tension springs in behind the pads.

What RJ said. He might also have bent them so they don't keep tension/pressure on the pads anymore. You can see a bit of the spring when installed, check the parts fische. They are stainless steel.

Update
Day before I scheduled the bike to go back to the shop I'm finally able to replicate the clunk.
It is a brake pad. The inside pad on the right caliper is loose. When I push it with my finger the FENDER goes CLUNK. Apparently it's somehow channeling the clunk sound of the pad to the fender and it's being amplified. Sorta. It sounds like the brake hose is slapping the fender.
Having similar issues with the rear brake pads.
Got to show my guy the clunking discovery. I think he thought I was just dealing with a little bit of annoying rattle. Showed him and I think it was a "HOLY CRAP" moment.
Should be enjoying a rattle free ride soon.
