I got the tank off & would like to watch the petcock do what its supposed to do.......any thoughts on holding a vacume on it other than lung power? Thanks Harry

Use a Mityvac or HarborFreight has a similar one to it. This is a hand held vac unit.

Learned this the hard way when testing my petcock with the mityvac. Don't get crazy with the thing or you'll mess up the diaphram (sp?) 3-4lbs was enough (after I replaced the diaphram)
