These pics are a few weeks old at this point but you get the idea.

I haven't ridden much since my daughter was born. I have been her primary care giver since my wife went back to work. It doesn't leave me any time to ride but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'll be home with her until the fall. Then we'll both be back at work thinking we were with our daughter. I'm taking time to build memories now. She's been growing like a weed and is much too big for the diaper valkyrie now.

Today was a great father's day. We hiked two miles as a family and had a picnic after church.

Had a great Father's Day and received cards from my three kids (all grown). The things they write in their cards make me wish I was half the man they make me out to be. Grin I do think they believe what they say and I feel very honored to be their Dad. My best father's day gift I received on Saturday when I took my 7 year old grandson for a ride. He loves my motorcycle and always wants to ride with me. I picked him up and we rode through the country down to a small town about 20 miles away. We stopped at McDonalds and went inside for a drink and an ice cream. We were sitting at a booth eating icecream and drinking our cokes when he got out of his seat and came over to me and said "PaPa let me give you a hug" I said what was that for - was it for the ice cream? He said no it was because I really love you and when I get big I want to be just like you. WOW! very humbling.

Worst Father's Day I've ever experienced.

Had to take my daughter down to Nashville, TN to meet up with her unit that is deploying.  My son was in Iraq, he made it back and I was very grateful.  Now, my daughter is going to Kosovo.  Much better location than Iraq but still, Dad's gonna have a tough time for the next 428 days.

If I'd known kids were gonna be this stressfull, I might have picked a puppy.

Don,
Thanks.  I appreciate that.  I'll just be happy with her safe return.
