I forgot to put stabil in fuel for the winter thought it might be bad gas. I have ran a tank of fuel through it with sea foam in it.  left side exhaust gets real hot but right side does not. runs rough at speed also  any one have any ideas?

slow jets are plugged up.plain and simple. i left mine set the winter before last for 3 months without starting it because i had the tank off. i had to replace my slow speed jets afterwards..this new gas sucks.

+1 on the plugged slow speed jets. You might want to put a can/bottle of Techron or Berrymans B12 to your next tank and run the bike at slower speeds allowing the chemicals more time in your carbs. IMO these products are better fuel cleaners.

Once ya got the gas treatment stuff in the carbs, let it set over night at least.

Next day take it out and stay around 35 mph, no more fast stuff, ya is bypassing the slow jets at speed.

Give it another snoot full of your cleaner and let set overnight again.

By now it should at least run a little better if not all okay.

one of the members drained the gas put techron(i think) in the tank.

hooked tubes to the bowl drains, opened them slightly and let the techron run through several times.
seemed like a good idea. moving cleaner works better than sitting.

don't remember the outcome though. ???

If you are going to replace the slow jets, most wisdom on this forum is go to 38 jets from the stock 35s.
Just sayin.
