...gonna be a dental floss tycoon.

As you can probably tell, I'm going to see Dweezil Zappa play his Dad's stuff live tonight at the Eastman Theater here in Rochester, NY.  Part of the annual Xerox/Rochester Jazz Festival.  RIP Frank, your boy is doing just fine.

Should be a great show! My son got me the dvd of the Zappa Does Zappa with several members of the old gang some time ago and he did fine.

Saw several shows with his dad back in the day, all memorable (some a bit hazy) performances.  cooldude

Be sure to report back!

Movin to Montana soon...

I've been a big Zappa Fan for Decades. My son actually did a school report on him. Now he is a huge Zappa fan too.

Awesome show despite some technical problems.  Long versions of City Of Tiny Lights and Cosmic Debris brought the house down.  They even played the infamous Black Page.  Kid's been doing his homework.  Comic relief provided when someone dressed as David Lee Roth came out and handed Dweezil an Eddie Van Halen guitar.  He proceeded to shred Eruption then did Doctor.  Great performance.

Damn man, can't you stay put for very long?      What was it, Florida to Michigan back to Florida and now to Montana.      Ya'll need to display a map of states where you have lived.    You will be out of the Hurricane area however.   You should be able to get the Blower bike up to speed on those deserted highways up there.    Don't know if they have a speed limit on the highway or not anymore.

I know at 1 time it was reasonable and proper, which meant let it all hang out.

It's a song RJ, not a career change. Gonna be in FL for a while yet. Though they are talking about building another new plant in Nevada some day.
