today we left Missoula for the Lolo Pass a bit before 8am
It was looking kinda nasty and got downright unfriendly as we neared the top of Lolo which i think is a bit short of 7000ft As we got to the summit the skies opened up and the wind picked up which sounds easy but it was already blowing pretty good It basically rained the whole 5 hrs or so we were on the pass
got at least 4 clips with the gopro which I will upload when I figure out how to do it The one from Beartooth is over 2-3 gig These should be smaller at 5-7 minutes
we had planned on stopping in lewiston Id but kept going and now we past thru Washington and are on the Columbia River in Oregon about 180 miles from Portland
The wind in Washington climbing the gorge was most impressive right up there with South Dakota I90 winds
I will edit this post after dinner with the few pics i took today alan took lots of pics but he doesnt post 11 hrs on the road today
