They have moved him into second level ICU. I will know more tomorrow. Tim had came down to the house and we went on a ride. I was tring out my new Valkyrie standard. Anyway we were coming to a nice right hand curve and then a stop sign. I had signal Tim there was a few rocks in the road. I wasn't running fast maybe 30 mph. The next thing I hear is his back tire and then hear his bike hit the payment. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw him rolling on the payment. I can only say it looked like he high sided. Don;t know for sure. Bike had a lot of damage, but cranked right up. Put it over at a fellows house. Once I left the hospital I went home and got my trailer and picked the bike up and now at his house. As of right now he doesn't know what happened. He don't remember even riding. His Tour Master intake jacket did it's job and so did his full face helmet. I will post more update tomorrow. David

good thing he had a helmet! if he's able to speak and remember everything but riding that's a lot better then being dead. BTW, my buddy that had a head injury can't talk yet, but he has been able to stand up with help, answer’s questions with a nod, is looking a lot better. still has a severely messed up head.... will need cosmetic surgery to fix that....
