I'm not familiar with these kind of pads. I'm partial to organic pads, OEM or EBC brands. They are compatible with Valk rotors. Some pads can scar rotors to a point where they need replacement.

Sure, they're good and will work fine.
Probably wear the rotors faster than organic pads.
Everything is a tradeoff.

They are actually intended for racing applications and need to be hot, as in make them drag to heat up, in order for them to develope grip. I would not recomend them for street use.
Ricky-D is right in that they will wear the rotors out quicker. Its best to stay with what you know will stop you.

Actually they would be easier on the rotors and need less warm up the sintered pads and should last as long or longer then organic pads
