Hey All...
Thought maybe there might be some VRCC members here that would be interested in this item.
I know how hard these are to find. They quit making them years ago. I finally found mine from a seller in Australia and it came about a week ago. New, unopened, still in the original box. Love it!
Anyway, if anyone's interested, here's some pics, and the link. Only 2 days left to bid, if you want one of these. As of 6-28-12 @ 9:20am the bidding is only up to $31.00

"This auction is for a really nice like new condition Black & Silver Diecast Motor Max Honda Valkyrie Motorcycle.  The one problem that it has is the left side yellow turn signal light is broken off and will need to be repaired. That will be done by the collector as most prefer to do it themselves. The light is in a plastic bag taped to the seat. It is black and silver chrome plastic bike with diecast gast tank. It is a 1:6 scale, 16" long and 8" high. It has never been played with and was displayed for many years. Unfortunately there is no box.  It is a beautiful bike with speedometer and tach, large round headlight, twin mirrors on handle bars and yellow turn signal lights on front tree."

Well, somebody really wanted this model!
It stayed at $31.00 till the last day, and then went up to and sold for $103.84! Cheesy
Sooo, was it one of our VRCC members that snagged it? coolsmiley  If it was, would they admit to paying that much for a model bike? Roll Eyes Had to have been a Valk rider. Who else would want one of these enough to pay that much for one?  uglystupid2
I'll be the first to admit that if I didn't already have mine, I would have given that much for it! 2funny
The detailing on these 1:6 models is amazing, although this one didn't look to be in as good of shape as the ad made it out to be. Still, it's gonna look good sitting on somebody's shelf.
SO how many of our VRCC members already have one of these? Where do you keep it, in the house where you can see it anytime, or out in the garage with your full size? Pics?

But I keep mine on my bookshelf in my office.

I just got one on ebay Germany for 75 euros, and the bidding was intense, all the way to the last second. It was a little pricey, but, with original box and in new condition it was worth it to me.

That's neat....I really wanted an interstate model and I could have painted it the same color as the fat Lady.....curious how your Wife made the bags and fairing for that model

Don't want to hijack the thread, but the bags, trunk fairing and pods are all carved out of wood, grill cover and head light ring is chrome tape.
