bump....just trying to get an idea on the numbers of people attending....

So is this still a Tuesday lunchtime event or did it get moved?

I'm still trying to work out what day I'll get into AR.

Thanks.

Has this been resolved as far as what day it is? Is this going to be the staff luncheon ride? I have several things (incl. volunteering time slots) to figure out.

Thanks in advance for answers.

Could one of the Admins chime in on this? Will this be on Tuesday, or has it become the Staff Lunch Ride on Monday?

Thanks!

Crazy B and I are going to be in Eureka Springs for the whole week of Inzane.  We definitely want to do this castle event no matter how it is set up or what day it is set up.  We will be flexible even if the plan changes as late as July 22.  Please, just let us know when and where to meet.

gordorad, Thank you for your effort to pull this together.

F6gal and oZ, having myself presided over and worked with some nonprofit groups/clubs, I have some idea of the thankless hours of work that go on behind the scenes, the excitement of planning something special for the members and the dissapointment when someone upsets the plans we are making.  I know my "thank you" is not enough to "pay the bill" but know this, I value the VRCC greatly and I know that it exists only because of a lot of hard effort and perseverance by the staff.  You have my thanks.  For whatever it is worth.

I would like to see this work out for everybody.
