took off from Cannon Beach in rain and heavy fog
Decided NOT to take the Astoria Bridge...heck I could not even see the thing   went 30 miles down the road and took a really cool ferry just 2 cars and my Valkyrie
2 lane route 4 all the way to I5 along the Columbia river very nice as the rain stopped and fog lifted as I got to the ferry
Pics later, my phone is dead on the computer now

4500 miles for the trip   Only casualties a pair of gel gloves and of course my front brakes and right rotor

Heard a reading of the arizona decision and dissents on NPR before the Obamacare decision
My take is the dissents (read them) are saying if the executive refuses to obey the laws or enforce the laws then the states WHICH ARE SOVEREIGN have no choice but to protect themselves
The dissenters clearly want Obama out of the office   By approving Obamacare they are throwing down the gauntlet as saying some kind of health care bill is allowable under the constitution  I dont necessarily agree with the way the commerce clause is stamping on the 10th amendment
