Took my little sister Mary Lynn on a birthday ride she absolutely loved it and has been wanting to go again. I'm picking her up in the morning and headin' for The Blue Ridge Parkway with hope's of getting out of some of this record breaking heat. I've crossed the BRP more times than I can count and I've never walked the 1/2 mile damn near straight up trail to the summit of The Devil's Courthouse but I plan on doing it tomorrow.

 

Don't get to ride with these two as often as I'd like T-Bird and The Detn8er near the highest point on Cherohala Skyline....About the picture....DAMNIFIKNOW  Shocked





Next pictures are from yesterday when we hooked up with Paul ( Thumper ) from Georgia and Eric ( Little Buddy ) from Maryland for a ride in 107 degree heat...One of the most miserable rides I've ever been on as we crossed through Kentucky.

 


















Shade was the place to be no doubt.






We saw this nice Ol' Water Buffalo over at Deal's Gap.



Saw this at Deal's Gap also I'm guessin' Wing's can swim  Undecided




I'd like to ask you folks to please keep Paul ( Thumper ) in your thoughts and prayers his long battle with cancer is taking its toll on him.

It was great coming up and riding with the Wild Bunch.  Heat was unbearable but we rode it on out.  Wezz just a tough bunch of hombres.
