Fitment remarks: Cobra light bar with Memphis Fats 21"

I am planning to buy a Cobra Light bar. Does anybody have an idea if it would fit fine with my memphis fats 21" windshield?

The only place on that page I see the word "Valkyrie" is:

Billet aluminum lightbars available for ACE Tour and Valkyrie

Can't get the Billet ones from Cobra anymore... they go used on eBay for $500 or $600...

I gave up my Hoppe Fairing for a billet Cobra lightbar...

Well this one in not the Billet type you are referring to. I also saw one recently close at $650 on eBay  It started at $30!!!

This is straight bar type with a little depression for the headlight. These mount under the headlight instead of forks. I bumped upon some response elsewhere and here is what I would need to use:
Cobra Lightbar Relocator Kit (#BLV40030).
