So I've got a Lathe/mill thingy, and I need Soft saddle bag mounts, and I'm cheap, so I'm going to try to make a set. Can someone give me the measurement from the fender bolts to the horizontal cross rail behind the bag?  Not Brand specific, just dont want the pumpkin and rail having a spacial argument.
