 cooldude Grin Cheesy DAY 6

Today the doctor said, "HE'S DOING AS WELL AS CAN BE EXPECTED AND HOPED FOR AT THIS STAGE OF THE GAME. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PROGRESS."

Lucky fart lost 7lbs over night. Ladies, does this not irritate the pants off of you???? Does me. LOL. He's looking better. Still no movement but soon my friends. The sedation meds are being reduced daily and the tree of life which held 11 machines is down to 9 medicine pumping machines. He continues on with the ventilator and heart pumping machine, but like I quoted, the Doctors are very happy.

I leave to go home tomorrow on July 7th and will be signing on as ToniSchmidtSchlader. I will continue to post things as I learn of them. I hope to be back down here with Dad and Rita very soon, but for now......I wanna big hug from my guy and to go for a ride with the hubster on what my dad calls "that piece of crap" <LOL!!!!>  2funny 2funny

Jeff, no visitors yet. He's still in Cardiovascular ICU. It's going to be a long while yet. He's stable, but still critical. My hopes are to come back down so that I can get Rita back and forth to the hospital daily. I'm the most expendable in the family so........ As far as needs I'm not real sure. Thank you though.

Thought....... As Dad gets better and we know he's out of the woods. Anyone interested in putting together a poker run or some sort of ride for him?

I'm really, really late in figuring this out.  We were without power for four days.  When power came back on, I spent time recovering in AC,  didn't do much surfing here.

I had to go back five pages to find out what happened.   Very sorry to hear that John had the heart attack.  I'm very grateful that he seems to be headed back toward recovery.  My prayers are with him., you, and Rita.

Thanks Toni for keeping everyone informed.  Tell your dad when he has recovered, that I hope, once again, to share another scotch and soda with him.
