I want to give the beads a try. . . .  Is there a source to purchase these things on line? The website referred me to a "local" dealer, but it's not really very close. Thanks!

I just bought mine through HDL.  They are listed along with the tires link.

I ordered mine right from Dyna.

used an old electric razor without the blades. Put the vibrating end on the clear tube instead of the valve stem, much much faster install. The beads will start a swirling motion inside of the tube if its vibrating right and down they go.

I just used them recently; installed a few weeks ago in my new front Cobra & in my 7,000 mile rear Venom. So far it's perfectly smooth to about 90. When safe to give them a whirl I'll try them a little faster. I usually chicken out when she is still pulling hard at about 115 mph.
Here is the DynaBeads site below, I also bought them direct.

I purchased direct also
Got the 16 oz bag and used a postege scale to weigh out two oz per tire.
I have had them in for a while, no adverse effects.

QOTFU recently had a new tire mounted.  Within the first few days after she got the new tire I put some Ride-On tire sealant in the tires.  A few weeks later I ran across the tire installation receipt and saw that she was charged for Dyna-beads.  Does anyone have any ideas if there are any problems with having both Ride-on and Dyna-beads in the tire?  The Ride-on also claims it helps to dynamically balance the tire/wheel.  It seems to me the Ride-on could create problems for the beads to freely move around in the tire as needed.

Yeah, the beads and the the sealant will clump together.  I think you will need to dismount the tire, and clean it out.  They even warn about getting any tire mounting lube inside the tire.  Clumps the beads up, and will not balance right.
