My clutch lever has alot of slop..maybe one inch min.  I have changed the fluid and still the same...I also changed out the switch as it was bad...98 with 43K

The pivot bushing in the clutch lever could be worn out. Also the brass bushing that pushes on the master cylinder pin wears out too. Replace one or both of these and lube with a good hi temp wheel bearing grease and you should fix the problem. The cylinder bushing is the same for all metric bikes with hydraulic clutches. Suzuki has the best price.

Sooo just get the part # for both and go from there ordering them...any thing to look out for when changing them?

The cylinder bushing has a small hole in it which fits over the master cylinder pin. Wipe off excess grease when done.
