Co-Rider CB Talk Switch

I want to put a passenger cb talk switch on my '99 Valk Interstate.  I find two such switches on the internet.  First is the Honda HL-08E96-MZ0-C00 listed as the switch for the tourer and standard.  Price is $26- 42 from various suppliers.  The second is the Honda HL-08E96-MZ0-CA0 listed as the switch for the Interstate.  Price is $150.00 plus.  Pictures of both switches look identical.  Does anyone know if these switches are interchangable?  If not, can the cheaper switch be modified for use pn the Interstate.

Look up J and M's website. Great bunch of folks. They make such a switch for Gold Wings. Maybe it'll work on the I/S.
