Replaced car tire, o-rings, greased and re-assembled. Torqued everything to specs (axle and pumpkin) and now I have a slight squeak.

When on the jack in nuetral the wheel spins free and all you hear is the disc brake when you spin it either way.  Ride it and around 25mph I hear a squeak from the rear.  Shut the motor off and you still hear it.

When the wheels were off the bearings turned free and even the shop that changed the tire said they were great.

Thoughts?

maybe you are lucky and its only the plastic dust ring on the final drive....sometimes it gets knocked crooked and rubs on the wheel....if thats the case you may be able to pop it back straight without removing anything

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

Mine did that when I turned right. Loud enough I thought it was a bearing. I washed the bike and it was gone.

change the bearings...I didn't and in under 1000 miles when it (lft side bearing) went, I had 20%  wear on my splines. Mine felt good when I did my maintenance, but obviously weren't.

That is exactly what I did except you heard it rolling straight down the road.  I wet both sides of the rear and it went away.  Will ride it tomorrow and see.

Did you lube the dust seal on the Left side that goes on the goes over the spacer?  That was my squeak.  Put a little grease on it and it was gone.
