Hi to all,
My lady got beat up in a hail storm tickedoff. Just got the tins back and they look great Grin! As I began putting her back together,I noticed a dent in the gas fill cap Angry. I want to replace the filler cap,but,would like to keep the same tumbler and key ??? Can the lock be swapped into a new cap?
I dont want to start pulling the cap lock apart if it can't be done. Anyone know if it can be done?

Yes, the tumbler can be moved to another cap.  You might have to take it to a locksmith to have it done.
