reading the chicken and food posts I had to share this story

After the brisket auction was over Hotglue offered to make me a dagwood bumstead sized brisket sandwich for my plane ride home

When I got to Atlanta I went to a Popeyes ordered a chicken sandwich (would not want to use their tables etc without ordering) and set myself down

I opened that BIG juicy Q sandwich with the gravy dripping and soon attracted some attention

This one BIG OLE FELLA comes up to me as I was finishing and asks

WHERE D YA GET THAT BBQ

I just pointed to the line at the front of the store and he got at the back of the line

As I walked out (briskly) I could hear him in a loud voice sayin

DONT TELL ME YOU DONT HAVE NO BBQ I SAW THAT FELLA EATIN GREAT Q

Sometimes trouble just follows me  Evil  angel

Wonder if they had good Q this year at Eureka Springs, Seem to recall a great meal or 2 right in town when I was there

Bubba's Southern Pitt BBQ was open... and I really wanted to go but didn't make it. Undecided Undecided

Big D went and said it was GOOD.

Oh well.  Now I can go back.
