DANIEL'S REAR WHEEL CLASS (a vidio of it would be GREAT)
VALVE ADJUSTMENT CLASS
TIMING BELT INSPECTION CLASS
CLASS ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR AT DIFFERENT MILEAGE POINTS IN THE LIFE OF YOUR BIKE
A B.S. SESSION a)what type trailers and weight and hitches
                      b)types of saddle bags
c)tire types, good and bad points
d)oils and lubes types and where to use them
e)tool kits, what to carry, (nice to have, needed items) recommendations.
                      f)open controled discussions

THIS IS JUST AN IDEA LIST. WE HAVE A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE IN THIS CLUB. LETS GET IT ALL IN ONE PLACE AND SHARE. I'M NOT PROUD JUST NOT A GOOD MECHANIC. I'LL TAKE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET. IF SUBJECTS ARE PUBLISHED IN ADVANCE ALL THE GUYS COULD EATHER GET THERE THOUGHT TOGETHER OR QUESTIONS LINED UP FOR THE GUYS THAT KNOW THE ANSWERS.

ANOTHER THOUGHT FOR AN ACTIVITY ONE NIGHT WOULD BE STORY TELLING. I KNOW DANIEL HAS A POCKET FULL HE COULD SHARE AND WE ALL HAVE HAD SOME FUNNY TIME ON THE ROAD. WE COULD GIVE A PRIZE FOR THE BEST YARN TELLER. I DIDN'T SAY IT HAD TO BE TRUE?

ALSO WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE VRCC BAND I HAVE HEARD GUYS TALK ABOUT. BRING YOUR WASHBOARD AND SPOONS WE CAN HAVE A GREAT TIME HAVING A COUPLE BEERS AND SOME DOWN HOME MUSIC, IT GETS BETTER AS THE BEER FLOWS AND THE SINGING STARTS.

WOW THIS WAS LONG BUT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO ALOT OF FUN IN COLORADO WITH ALL OF YOU.

Just a suggestion... and I know this doesn't apply to everyone, but I'd like to see a demonstration on how to properly pick up a dropped Valkyrie. Is it possible for a vertically challenged person to do this? My bike has been over a couple of times and if it wasn't for my fellow riders helping out, I'd still be on the side of the road!

I'll even let my bike be the demo bike since it has plenty of experience with the shiny side down. cooldude

There use to be instructions on picking up a fallen Valk but my link to that site is no longer valid - perhaps someone else has it....in the meantime here is another video on how it can be done....it can be done....

I have been lucky over the years not to have to do
this but a few times.
The first thing you have to remember is use your legs
and plant you feet as close and firmly as you can.
If on the other side from kick stand, put down stand
lift with bars and at frame in front of rear tire.
Push with legs and lift at bars.
I know it works because I have done it.

As "original member # 5 of "The Valkyries", I may bring one of my guitars w/ a teeny practice amp if I can figure out how to stick them on my scoot! I'll see how it goes!
