I don't know how many of you are familiar with Midway but I've been buying ammo, scopes and gun parts from them for years. And, the unthinkable finally happened. They messed up an order. Instead of 10 large boxes of 22 ammo I received 8 boxes and two boxes of 410 handgun ammo.

I sent them an E mail about it. Without in hours I received and apology from them and a promise to make it right. In less than 12 hours my two missing boxes of ammo were on their way, at no charge of course.

By the way, I got 5000 rounds of my favorite 22 ammo from them for $216 including shipping and tax. Not an earth shattering deal, but a fair deal I'm happy with.

That's amazing customer service.  cooldude

Although I get kinda sick of seeing Larry Potterfield's face EVERYWHERE when dealing with them, they do have decent prices and excellent customer service.

Also, if you buy much from them, I highly recommend you consider getting your FFL 03 (Collector of Curios and Relics). Not only does that allow you to buy some really good surplus stuff from wholesalers directly, but if you sent Midway USA a copy of your FFL 03 they'll set you up with a dealer account and charge you wholesale prices instead of the normal retail prices. Some things the prices difference isn't much, some things the price difference can be quite considerable.

And an FFL 03 is a quick and simple application, and $30 for 3 years...

I found that Natches is about $2.00 a box cheaper for the same thing that I buy.

I like Midway too.

I have been waiting for some AR parts (Magpul) for weeks...... not their fault, the stuff is back ordered everywhere

Now if some one would find a hidden stash of 7.62 NATO for 50 cents per, that would be nice.

I have an order pending.... well, sitting in My Cart, awaiting the coupons so I can save a few bucks.
