Swapped my cobra's for a good set of Jardines, both of us happy!  But now I need to know what impact that has on the carbs.  Supposedly they were rejetted for the, at the time unbaffled, cobra's, now I have baffled Jardines.  Do I need to re-jet or adjust?  It seems to run fine as is ....

Thanks

My guess is that you will get many opinions stating both, do and don't. Do you know what was done when jetted for cobras? I had mine rejetted when I got glass pack mod, (dragon exhaust). The mod gave me the option to run with or without the baffles that came out of the mod. Tech wanted to dyno and jet it for how I was going to ride it, so he felt there was going to be a difference if I ran baffles or not. Tech is pretty good and has done many of racing bikes, so I believe what he tells me, if it matters that much on a cruiser, ridden for comfort Undecided

You can do a proper spark plug check to help determine where exactly you are at!

Most times only needles are changed, adjusted for height and the jets are left alone.. Do you know what was done ?? Original jets are 100..
After checking the color of the sparklers you can make a decision,, maybe it'll be Ok or a simple needle adjustment will work..
