Took US 36 from NE thru KS a few days ago at the advise of Hoser. It was a nice road. Saw a few bikes and even seen one loose his heel shifter.  Grin Kinda pretty country. Looked alot like NE & Ind. Only was there for 200 miles.

Damn, Wish we had known you were coming through. Could have grabbed Roadkill and met you along the way.

I thought of that also. My plan was to take my time and spent the night in MO. But I left Central NE and made it home in one day.  uglystupid2 I wanted to take my time but KS dont recognise my Ind handgun lisc.  Angry It was a week day also and was not sure if you all were working or not. I def will make contact next time I do go thru there.  cooldude

Hell no, it means who wants to get old!  Nothing beats getting younger instead of older.  Sad  Soooo... I just have to pretend it's 2002 instead of 2012! I had a shiny new Valkyrie then, now I have a shiny old Valkyrie.  I'll go with that.    Hoser     Grin  cooldude

OK, I'm coming clean
I have been concerned recently about a loss of vision in my left eye.  went to the advanced retinal clinic yesterday and found out I DO NOT have age related macular degeneration as was feared, it is a disease that can gradually blind affect both eyes until blindness is the result, no cure.  I have scar tissue on my left retina, there is no danger of affecting both eyes. 20/50 vision on the left and 20/20 on the right.  Big load off my mind.  I truly believe I would rather be dead than  lose my vision.  Soooo...I'm a pretty happy guy.  Dodged the bullet again.  Hoser  Grin

That's good news Hoser! Remember to take that extra look when needed. My Dad lost his vision due to health issues it was very tough for him, but an adaptable situation. Prayfully, you won't have to worry about that! It sounds like like your right eye is uneffected and not in danger of it.

Ride safe
