Since this is my third post with questions, I'm sure you guys probably think I'm in way over my head.  Probably, but with a little direction (or guessing), I can usually get most anything done.  I pulled the clutch lever last night to check wear on the bushing and to clean and grease.  Found the boot was significantly torn, so this AM I ordered another.  Unfortunately, while pulling that boot out, I managed to knock out the plunger.  I pulled the parts diagram and found that there is a little clip in there that is supposed to hold it in.  I'm guessing the odds are that its broken.  I'm ordering the stopper and clip as well.  How big an issue is this going to turn into?

Not a big deal. You'll have to flush and bleed the fluid after reassembly. Lube the new seals when assembling with brake fluid. (DOT 4)

The rod goes in to the rubber boot... If the clip was not there , you would have parts and brake fluid all over the place...
