Just tried to book 4 nights for InZane at the host hotel in Frisco and was told the hotel is fully booked....is there another hotel nearby?
Any suggestions?

Do you have a InZane 9 confirmation #?

You need one of those to get a room........

New Summit Inn shares the same driveway with Holiday Inn.....

If you have one and no room available, then we need Scott in OK, Willow, or F6gal to call them for verification, that they are full up.....

 Our block is not full!!!

Call the hotel directly.  970-668-5000.  Make sure to tell them VRCC and have your InZane order #.

Yes, I have registered for IZ and I tried calling the hotel direct.  The barely understandable foreign person who answered still told me that the hotel was full and she could not find any block of rooms for VRCC.  Finally she transferred me to "reservations" (probably in a different city) and the lady who answered found our block of rooms with no problem and I got my reservations!
You just have to talk to the right person in order to get anything accomplished!
Thanks, Connie and thank you RC.
