I have a set of "one" wire horns that I want to install on a "two" wire newer (2002) vehicle.

How do I wire this up correctly?

On the GM vehicles that I've seen, the green wire is horn power and the black is ground.  With a one-wire horn, the mounting bracket acts as the ground.  Simply either make sure the bracket has a good grounding connection to the car's frame, or crimp a ring terminal onto the black wire and screw it to the mounting bracket.

Did you get a 4 horn set (A,C,D, & F tones)?  These require a 15A fuse in the original vehicle, so I'm guessing they draw 12A of current.  When GM went to 2 wires on these horns, they went to a smaller gauge wire than they used for the single green wire.  I'm guessing your Lincoln already uses a horn relay, so I wouldn't worry about adding one.
