Need to remove the chrome accent on my Interstate front fender, didn't feel any type of attch that went through the fender (which makes sense), so i can only assume that it's on by an adhesive. has anyone ever removed this or have any suggestions.
thanks.

get a long piece of dental floss or fishing line and saw it back and forth under the piece.  use Goo Gone or WD40 to remove the residue.  Go easy on rubbing as you will scratch the finish.

It's put on with an automotive type doubled side tape.  The fishing line technique works the best.  It will work better if you can warm it up some before trying to take it off.  Perhaps setting the fender out in the sun for awhile first or using a hair dryer to warm it up some.

I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

If you are wanting to get rid of the chrome fender device, let me know and I will take it off your hands if the price is right.
