I need to replace the right side header pipes before I sell my I.S. My question, are the header pipes from standards, tourers and I.S.'s interchangeable??

they're interchangeable, but the standard and tourer pipes are different from the can to the tips....horizontal rather than vertical tips.

I think you are referencing the piggies on the different arrangement. They are not different, but rather bent in different directions to accommodate the muffler chrome tip. The I/S tip can still be installed on the standard pipes if you bend the piggies to get them on. you will not be able to see the piggies unless you bend down to look into the end of the exhaust pipe.
