Hey guys, has anyone ever tried to put a Sabre tail light on a Valk? I am thinking about adding a tail light to my Interstate, and I have read where some people say they will fit exactly, and others say there may be a minor different in the housing but the lens is the same? Anybody have any hands on experience with this? If there is a difference in the housing, what is it? Do the bolts not line up exactly with the holes on the fender?

Thanks.

ON my Interstates I always installed a Valkstandard or tourer light in place of the blank that is on the fender.  Easy plug in and mount.

The deal with the Sabre, Ace, and maybe a couple other Hondas is that the lens is the same as the Valk, but the mount is not identical and does not bolt right up.  It will supposedly work and can be made to fit the IS cutout, but it is not a direct replacement.

Here is the parts list I used.
