After removing the speaker housings several times to change windshields I have 3 incerts that have came loose. Any suggestions on what to use to make them stay in place?

JB weld, epoxy.  Antiseize the anchor threads to keep them clean.

Don't keep turning them, you'll wallow out the holes; just pull them out.

If you examine the inserts closely you will find they are two piece assemblies.

The work like a "redhead" or any other similar device.

When removed you can tap the inner piece back the the starting position to let the piece contract a bit.

Afterwards when everything has set up you can reinsert the screw to tighten up the assembly in the hole.

It takes very little of whatever you use to repair the parent material and careful attention will result in a very good repair.
