I am better than I deserve to be

Lake Jackson, TX

« on: November 11, 2012, 03:34:51 PM »

Just got back from a weekend of riding in the hill country, really, hills???  I am sure to you riders with many miles under your belt they may be hills.  This was my first ride of the sisters, twisted sisters, or whatever you may call them.  It reminded me of riding the Texas Cyclone when Astroworld was open.  When the road in front of me disappeared and then I am heading down at what seemed like a 90 degree angle, my heart skipped a beat.  I am sure glad that I took my blood pressure medicine each morning.  Now, having been to Inzane in Eureka Springs, I did convince myself that these weren't mountains, but hills.
I know those of you who will look at this will say, "where are the pictures?".  Well, after this weekend I am trying to invent a device where you can mount your camera on your handlebars and ever time your butt puckers up, it will snap a picture.  If I had that this weekend, there would have been at least 1000 pictures.

I hope I get a chance to make it with ya'll next time.

Man what a rush.....

No, seriously Willie... generally speaking. overall, I would have to say that "The Sisters" are pretty mild... as far as pucker factor is concerned.

The important question is: "Did you have fun?"

Glad you had a good time.  Isn't that why people ride roller coasters, for the pucker factor?
