Not a big whoop.  Looks like a blacked out wing with a shorter windshield and no trunk.  Was hoping for something a little different.  Oh well.

I like it a lot. Looks like the closest thing to a newer designed Interstate that we'll get from mother Honda.
I want to test  ride one.
Too bad there's not ABS and a 6 speed.
Plus it's pretty heavy at over 800 lbs!

ricoman

looks good to me,
plus-on the Deluxe, you get self-canceling turn signals!

seem to be fairly/competitvely priced
wish they had shown more of the pipes and engine like on our Valks

98 Tourer, black and chrome, added 8/11/10
98 Std, yellow/cream, totaled 8/3/10

Tundra

It looks cool. Electric adjustable windscreen for road trips would be nice and a quick release removable trunk would complete it for me.
Oh wait a minute...I can have a sweet SuperValk for $7-$8k.
If you can't be a good example: be a WARNING!!

Gavin_Sons

Looks cool, but its not much more than a goldwing without a trunk, im calling it the super wing.

I like a lot of what I see but still way too much plastic.  But then, it is designed to be a tourer and not a cruiser.  It all depends on what you want and how you intend to ride.  I guess that why I love my Valkyrie and won't be entertaining the idea of something else until something else comes along that fulfills my idea of what a power cruiser is.  Maybe someday I'll be into a bike such as this, I'm not knocking it, it just isn't an improved version of a Valkyrie.

I don't think I care for the seat all squared off like that.  Not a bad looking bike other than that.

I would own one already if this had been available in 2004-05, at that time you could go to Union City, Tennessee and buy a new 1800 Wing for $15,000. I love the performance and gearing of the 1800 even though I would probably still long for a 6 spd. :'( Hope that backrest on the Deluxe model is detachable.

JimmyG

I can't like it yet. :o

signart

Like Momz, I sorta like it, but the mirrors and front fender are a little too "scootery".

sandy

I'm not sure what catagory it fits into. It's like a higher priced sport tourer. It might be competition for the ST1300 in sales. Maybe they want to appeal to a younger market. As people age, sales of the wing has been slowly dropping.

PAVALKER

Interesting..... different.  I don't think it will go over well tho.  If you are going to pay that much, ya might as well go for the whole hog and get the Goldwing with trunk etc.    I still hate those bags.... ass end looks squared off.

For those that have SupverValks.... ya got the best of both looks and a better looking bike.

As an after note, if you want to ride the road in that commercal it is Hwy 33 out of Ojai CA.  The resteraunt is Deer Lodge in Ojai CA.

Both great place to ride and eat. Joe you would love that road. Kind of like a combination of Hwy 16 in VA and the Snake only longer.  If you add Lockwood Valley Rd it's about twice as long as Hwy 16 from Marion VA to Tazwell VA.

In the summer the last time I was out there they use to have BBQ and live music.  All the crotch rockets and posers line up out side and the female scenery is usually excellent.

I like it, but I'm fancing toward at tank of a motorcycle as a second bike.  That would be a Ural with a sidecar. I want to have a change of pace.

A guy at work has one of those ural bikes.  They are pretty cool looking.  May have to look the Deer Lodge up and take a ride out there one day.

I really like the CB1100, Almost looks exactly like a CB750 of the 70's...

I doubt it will attract the younger generation, but has a cool vintage look to it

Almost like it, but rather go with completed wing if I ever had a thought to do it..... isn't there a conversion kit to remove the rear trunk if you want then snap back on/reinstall for touring trips?

My same thoughts. I wish they would have made the mirrors more like the street glides though.

Mike4Sho,
If you're going to make that ride, look into Hwy 58 also.  It has some great sweepers as well as a nice technical area toward Mckittick.  Then follow 33 south through the oil fields and pick up 168 west to Hwy 33 again.  Nice high speed section on 168.  The first part of Hwy 33 is flat through farm land but if start changing with elevation.  When you get to the Ranger Station that is Lockwood Valley Road.  Stay on Hwy 33 and it starts winding it's way towards Ojai.  In the video were they show the F6B next to a hair pin, it's actually 2 180 degree turns and then down the hill twisting it"s way toward the tunnel.

Love that area for riding and depending on time of day not a whole lot of traffic.

Oss

why no 6 speed?  anyone have a set of mario gears layin around? that with a blower would be something interesting

I like the cut down windshield but leaving off the electric or even manual adjustment like bmw has had for a decade makes no sense for a long distance ride for taller riders

I like the look but would not buy one.

Now if I can figure out how to lose all that plastic up front and keep just a batwing with a few gauges....

But not for the price they're asking, not worth it....but that's just my opinion.  >:(
