where would i find the link to rebuild the turn signal switch with dielectric grease? i need to do something. last couple yrs, whenever its below 50*, the turn signals are VERY slow to react.  or maybe i need to add some blinker fluid  uglystupid2

I had the same thing happen to an old car I used to own, when the temp dropped the blinkers would go slow, I replaced the blinker relay, That solved the problem for me. I would check that.

I did mine 2 yrs ago. Its pretty forward once your in there. Just watch the little parts. Worked good for a yr but they are getting slow again. I need to do it again.

Don't know of a link, but it just comes apart with a couple screws.  

No flying jack-in-the-box springs....just pry it apart.  Spray out the old gunk with some contact cleaner and re-lube with fresh dielectric grease and reassemble.  

The switch action will be smother too.   cooldude

they are not blinking slower,  its that i hit the signal and its 10sec or more before they start blinking.   Wink

Hi Henry mine did the same thing,if I remember right you undo a screw or two them the side of the switch pop off with a little presure.Clean it out and apply new grease and slightly stretch the spring.  Hope this helped.
