I have use this gps mount for my Garmin Nuvi.
I love the look and the small size.
He also sells just the peg so you can drill and tap if that is what you want.

It depends on how you ride. I don't stop for rain, hail etc (unless it gets hard) so I got a weatherproof mount for my TomTom from mountguys.com. Now I have a Garmin Zumo 220, which is weathrproof and use the Ram mount that came with it.
