You're so bad!  Everyone knows it's the "second" driveway.

We don't post the map/directions etc, on the board, 'cause we don't know who's out there lurking.

Ask on the board, or call me at 713 201 2366, and I'll send the map

Lyn Del, if my tire arrives on time might I drop it off on Friday afternoon (in my cage)? (Can't figure out how to carry a new tire on the bike).  Also, not sure if anyone is caging it there, but might need a lift Saturday to the local tire changing guy from LynDel's place.  Just let me know please

HotGlue, if the above works out, I could drop by and pick up the synch gauges and carry them over for yah..

Yeah, sync gauges are already there.  I picked up from Hot Glue about a week ago and delivered them.

I also got the tire mounted on my bike so it can be rolled out to free up the overhead lift.

IF anyone is bored, I have relocated my CB unit into the battery box.  Still needing to work around getting all the wires in so battery box cover will drop down just a hair more to allow the seat to latch.  If you wish to try doing it, I am fine with you trying.

I don't plan on being there as I have Santa gigs in Katy from 9-12 and then one down in La Marque after 3.

Maybe I will drop by though, who knows.

Very well.  I had to be late due to Santa running behind schedule (he drives around our city every year on the firetruck, and at 11AM, he still hadn't come by), but by the time I got there, Steve had his tire mounted and ready to re-install.  While he was doing that, I got a few new darksuckers installed, as the old ones had sucked all the dark they could hold.  By the time I left, Steve's wheel was on and ready to roll, we had consumed multiple doughnuts and chicken sandwiches, and generally shot the bull.
A good time was had by all.

We had a good time, got some good stuff done.  Steve's got a safe tire on his bike again (at least this time it wasn't down to cords!!), and Mark can see the gauges on his bike.  I fed the guys and kept them in soft drinks.  And I got my hands dirty helping Steve put his wheel back on.   Mark said it was the first time he'd actually seen me with dirty hands, working on a bike.  Usually I'm just kibbitzing and worrying about lunch being ready on time.

It was a small but friendly (as usual) crowd, and it feels so great to have someone look over your shoulder and fix / maintain the bike before it becomes an emergency.  Got a little tire scrubbing to do. Thanks LynDel for your hosting and feeding us!
