Getting bike back on the road

I bought my bike back from insurace, have ordered new fairing and all other parts needed to fix it. I got the estimate for the bodywork & paint and decided i will have a little custom paint done, should look nice when finished cant wait. Still have about $2400 left from ins. money when done. My wife & i have decided i will not ride next November because i have totaled a valkyrie the last two Novembers, she says i need to slow down and act my age. (maybe)

Just make sure when you do the custom paint that you do a faster color like blue or black. Whit that bright red you're to visible, makes you to much of a target!

Have you dumped the gas out of the tank and drained the carbs? This new gas is evil.
Please keep track of where you got the stuff and what it cost. We all must make the fix or part out decision sometime.
