Clean them up and reuse them.

Use some type of epoxy or something like that to fix them tight again.

I had the same problem except 4 of mine broke and 3 others just fell out. The 3 unbroken ones got epoxy and put back in and the other 4 are still missing. Looked in several hardware stores and cant find anything like them. I have started to use anti seize on the screws. I would also like to know where to get these.

You could still get them from Honda last year. Try HDL or your local cooldude

A couple of mine broke... the others I used JB weld to hold them...
I have searched all the websites that have the Honda microfiche for OEM parts...
I was able to get the 5mm screws that go in the brass inserts...

I have a guy at Tulsa Honda searching for them now...

Yep... or buy the chrome headlight trim $50, that'll get you 5 inserts... or the windshield trim $50, 4 on it... better than buying the cowl $700...  crazy2

Send me a PM (your address) and I'll send some to you. I replaced an I/S fairing a few years ago and saved the inserts.

A few of mine fell out, I epoxied them back into place. I found some small o-rings that fit around the screws and went back together with it.  This helps tighten it up and helps all the rattling. A Hayhauler to me that trick. It worked cooldude    Oh yeah, use anti-seize on the screws too.

This is far from stock , but there is a thing called a cable stop that is made of brass. It usually has a hole drilled , as for a choke cable and a screw to stop the cable. They are available at most hardware or lawn equipment stores or farm supplies. If you need larger sizes , a truck or equipment dealer will have them.
