quick question: can the front fender of an Interstate be removed without removing the tire? It looks like it can be lifted up some. Thanks.

Sure, you just need to squeeze it a little to clear the forks.

And put masking tape on your fender where it squeezes past the forks.

Thanks. It was very easy. I put a microfiber cloth on each fork as I squeezed the fender past and all went well. Thanks again
