Wife and kids going to LA to visit family during vacation.  I've got to go pick up my daughter for her soccer game on Thursday sometime, just probably a quick run to the border welcome center to get her and then back.  Just throwing out there in case anyone wants to go along for the ride.

It will depend on temp and weather of course...lol.

Looks like the weather will be in the upper 50s with just a slight chance of showers. Looks like I'll be taking the bike.  Humble to Sulphur, should be a good 5 hours round trip.

Probably leave by 10 to try and be done by sundown.  Hit me up if you'd like to ride along.

I would love to go but just healing up and hairing over from a bad case of the flu. I gonna keep my riding down to warmer days for awhile. Are you gonna go up 1960 to daytown and catch 90 over to I 10 to Sulfur?  That's the way we go to Lake Charles when we go to get boudain. Huffman to lake charles is 134 miles each way. If you want to try ulimate bigboy for the trip just holler I have a stock spare seat to ride if I get to.

Hope you had a good run today.  I didn't get the flu, but two of the girls did so I've been a little absent from, well, life.  Wish I could have joined you.

Just got home so a good ride.  Had to swing by Cowboy HD in Beaumont to buy a face wrap.  Man that might be the best $35 I've spent...lol.

I walked in and the guy at the door asked me how my day was and then if I wanted to trade in on a real bike.  I laughed and said I'd settle for one that ran regularly so I'd stick with what I had.
