I installed both of these about 3-4 months ago and wanted to give some feedback share my feelings on both. SuperTrapps: I have run just about all the exhaust offered for the Valkyrie aside from Vikings and Jardines. I have always wanted to try Supertrapps and found a set for sale in like new condition. Sound: For those that dont like loud pipes these are very quiet with full baffles and packing in. I have done everything I can to make them louder and I still want more. That said they do sound very good. They have a very low tight sound, not raspy at all. Performance: To all the guys that think that Vikings are the power king, I will put the Trapps up against them anytime and they are readily available. My best friend has a '97 Valk standard with Cobras and an I/S module and I have my '99 Interstate stripped down, no bags or trunk and we have run with my Cobras or my Hard Kromes. We weigh about the same also. Anytime we have run each other, he always pulls away from me not matter the gear or type of race. Now its the complete opposite, he cant stay with me. Even with my 205/55 soft compound Yokohama A048 car tire, I can no longer punch the throttle out of 1st gear and sometimes 2nd. Doing that in first just fries the back tire. The power that I picked up is substantial aside from the fact that this exhaust weighs a total of 18lbs. So going from losing about 5-7 hp with the other exhausts to gaining (according to Supertrapp and I dont doubt it) 10-15 and then dropping about 40 lbs also, the difference is amazing. For sound and looks my Cobras cut down are my favorite. But after feeling the massive difference these pipes make, I dont think I will go back. Also keep in mind, I dont have the Trapps set up for optimum performance. I have removed most of the packing, taken out most of the discs and removed the end caps. The pipes still arent that loud in my opinion and it may be costing me a horse or two but the tire still breaks loose at will. This exhaust is aweseome. Mic-O-Pegs: Like exhausts, I have also tried many different variations of foot pegs and placement. I always found the Kuryakyns with the long arms to offer the most options. Same scenario, found a used set of Mics to try in the classifieds. Same outcome, I wont go back to the Kurys. I put these on just before my trip down to Delmarva bike week and all I can say is why did I wait so long. Yes you have to remove your feet on turns but really I should do that anyway. These pegs are super comfortable and you dont look like your getting an exam done. Besides just putting the middle of your foot on them and riding, I can also just lay the back of my ankle on them and just have my legs float. I highly recommend the Mics.

I have both the mick-o-pegs and kuryakin highway pegs. I like having many positions while on the long rides. I really like them both

I used to run the SuperTrapps, but they exited right under the rear axle and blackened the crap out of the bottom of my saddle bags.
When he says they will bark rubber in 2nd and 3rd he is not joking. The Trapps really pulled some Torque out of the big boy.
I got a chance to get some Viking pipes and I went that way. I really haven't looked back. Since I triked MGM out, i doubt if i'll ever change them again. I'll just quit playing and leave him as is. He is a thrill to ride now as a Trike.

I found mine on ebay. Got them for $525 shipped to me and they were literally like brand new. Got very lucky.
