Have a 2000 Interstate. I was digging around to find the connector to attatch the harness for the rear speakers. Anyways, right next to the connector (ender the right side cover) there is also a small, single male connector. I know that that is a vague description, but can anyone tell me what that is for?? Just so I know for future references

No. That was a little female plug with cap. This is a little male plug. And it's right next to the 4 pin square plug for the rear speakers

How about the connectors for a passenger "push to talk" button?  I bought one used off ebay to add to my '01 I/S but haven't done it yet.

Button and connectors look like this:

Thank you Dragon Slayer for the photo !!! I had to dig around to find the other plug but ipm pretty convinced that is what the connectors are for
