On Saturday June 20, my son, 1st Lieutenant Matt East will fly out in route to Afghanistan with the 877th Engineer Battalion. Please continue to pray for our brave troops.   |

We shall surely remember him along with the rest still over there. One of my granddauter's husband is also there, he's also a fairly new father as of last January. He got to fly home for a short visit after his daughter was born, big surprise for him they let him go. He's a medic, or similar, was an EMT back here, and has been close to some action.
You just have to reassure yourself your son is going to be fine.
