So was planing some maintience while the snow is flying. Gonna take the tank off for new filter and rebuild petcock. visual inspection some vacuum lines appear to be cracking. What size hose is it? Is it all the same size? Just want to have it on hand while I am there thought I would just replace it all.

1/8 will work in an emergency but I believe 5/32 would be the right size.

I use 5/32, fits a little tighter than the OEM, but you can chunk those pesky little clamps.  cooldude

That is what is on MGM, and has been there for about 5 or 6 years.

Very good stuff.

I use to build cruise contols and that is the only vacuum house that I found that would withstand the heat and not get hard and crack open so when I do the performance work on my customers bike I always use that vacuum hose
